In addition to our in-person graduate programs, Texas State University offers many graduate degree programs that can be completed 100% online.

Admission steps vary based on the program requirements. Visit the website of the program you are interested in to review the specific admission steps. 

All graduate programs require a Graduate Degree Application to be submitted prior to being accepted into a program.


After You Apply

You may check the status of your application by going to the Graduate Application Status page online. If you are accepted to Texas State, you will also receive an acceptance letter from The Graduate College.


Financial Aid

To apply for Financial Aid at Texas State, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Texas State‚Äôs school code is 003615. To apply for financial aid for the summer session, you must also complete the Summer Aid Application by March 1.
