Waived Fees

Students enrolled in Round Rock programs will have one non-applicable fee waived. Students taking courses at both the RRC and in San Marcos will pay ALL applicable fees. The current fee waived for Texas State students enrolled in a Round Rock program is:

  • Bus Fee

*Students enrolled only in RRC courses may determine their total tuition and fees by subtracting the bus fee amount from the total amount listed on the Tuition and Fee page.

NOTE: Students enrolled in an academic program at the Round Rock Campus will NOT incur on-campus housing or meal plan costs.


Payments

Students have the option to pay on-line by electronic check or credit card. There is a 3.00% convenience fee with a minimum $3 fee per transaction associated with credit card payments. This is a non-refundable fee. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club credit/debit cards are available for payment of tuition & fees.

Payment via electronic check is available with no convenience fee.

To make a payment, please login to the Student Business Services site.

In-person payments must be made at the TXST San Marcos campus in the J.C. Kellam Administration Building. The payment drop box is located on the first floor outside of suite 188. Payments made in person to the drop box must be in the form of a check, money order, or cashier’s check. TXST does not accept cash payments or payments by phone.
