    This is a work study student position with the Department of Physical Therapy on the Texas State Round Rock campus. We are looking to hire someone who can work at least 10-15 hours a week during the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semester. 

    This job includes but is not limited to:

    • Greeting students, faculty, and other office guests. Answering their questions and directing to the proper individual(s).
    • Data entry into Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
    • Creating or updating digital and physical records.
    • Faxing, filing, copying, shredding, distributing mail, running errands on campus.

    Job requirements:

    • Applicants must have work study funding to be eligible for this position.
    • Must be able to work at least 10-15 hours each week during the Summer 2024 semester.
    • Must be dependable and understand the importance of FERPA and maintaining confidentiality. 

    Job duties:

    • Provide clerical support and lab support in the School of Nursing
    •  Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner in person, via email and over the multi-line phone
    • Filing/shredding, data entry, scanning, copying, mail & deliveries
    • Assisting with student events
    • Lab supplies inventory, set up/take down, clean learning spaces and equipment
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Hourly rate/pay is negotiable (up to $15/hour) pending work study allotment.
