The Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care (B.S.R.C.) at Texas State University equips students with the skills and clinical experience needed to treat respiratory and lung-related conditions in diverse healthcare settings. Through a combination of academic coursework and hands-on clinical rotations, students gain a foundation in cardiopulmonary care, while exploring specialties like NICU, sleep labs, and surgical units. Fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), the program prepares graduates to take the NBRC national board exams, paving the way for high-demand careers in respiratory therapy.
